Pathetic client service from their Strubens Valley manger or rather branch mannequin

After purchasing a rug from the Decofurn branch in Northriding I wanted to exchange the product at the Strubens Valley branch. The branch manager who was inconvenienced with my request informed me that that his branch is a different warehouse ( can you believe it ) and that I had to return to the Northriding branch to exchange it.

Dont waste your time purchasing from Decofurn Strubens Valley, because this is the example of their so called "client service " Shameful example the manager sets for his staff and the Decofurn brand.
