Pathethic Service

Such poor service its revolting. I went to the shop in Greenstone to buy a few items. After waiting for my pillows for 30 minutes I am told they are not in stock. I leave the premises then someone calls me to say they found the pillows but I have to pay more cause the person who was capturing made a mistake. When I ask for my money back and that I cancel my order I am told there is a cancellation fee of 5%. The reason I am cancelling the order is because of their in competencies now I have to pay for that as well. I am never referring anyone to Decofurn and it was the last time I buy anything from them. Clearly they don't need my business.
