Pathethic Customer Service

I am extremely dissapointed with Decofurn and their customer service. Below is the response i received from Decofurn. This is absolutely pathetic service. I paid R2300 for a Hi Back Office Chair within a month its sunk in and this is the bull**** service i receive as a customer.
