Parts always missing from deliveries.

This place sells really durable, good looking furniture. I've ordered from them twice. In my first order (of several items) of a TV/plasma stand, two of the panels to hold decoder/DVD were missing. I emailed them and items were delivered after two weeks. Second order (again, more than one item), tub chairs came without legs (which you assemble yourself) and the self assemble TV/plasma stand came with no accessories (*****s, bolts etc). Only the feet of the stand and an allen key. Very dissapointing delivery. I had to email them again and now I have to wait (without a TV stand). Furniture is nice but the hassle of getting it is just not worth it.
