Paid furniture is held at their branch

I placed an online order and selected collection.

They refusing for me to send my son to collect my order although he has my ID on his email.

First they said only “hard copies “ than I told them but his already near their store and I am 200kms away.

Than they said they will only accept it on “whatsapp” !

When I told them its on his email and email is safer than WhatsApp, I was told but thats how their policies are.

If they made us aware of this details before payment, I would of placed the order directly on my sons name!

Pathetic service !!
