Paid for almost a week ago, still no delivery

Hi On Sunday, I took my friend to purchase a bed and mattress at Decorfurn in Kenilworth. She paid for the purchase and the lady that took payment said delivery will be on Tuesday. It is Friday, almost weekend again, and still no delivery and no explanation. Do we need to open a case for theft or *****? how can you dismiss a first time client who has paid for delivery and the product. Needless to say we will never shop there again.
