Overall worst experience. Will I ever get my money back?

I went to the Boksburg store to get dining chairs, it took 1 hour to pay and another hour to get the chairs from the warehouse. When they brought the chairs out after 3 wrong tries, the chair were dirty. I then asked for a refund instead. The cashier said it would take 3 to 4 working days. I followed up a week later to ask about the refund, they first gave me a generic answer that the refund was only sent the week after I was there. I asked them to take my reference number and check again. When they checked, they could not locate the paper work for it. After finding it they said the refund would be processed the next day. It's 2 weeks later and there's no sign of a refund.
