Out of Stock becomes Client problem

Decofurn was intentionally misleading. We bought Oak shelving, but they delivered Dark brown Shelving. They refuse to take the items back and refund.

This is a blatantly unprofessional, with no reasonable regard for the truth and/or Customer Relations. This is why the Consumer Protection Act was written.
