Im so so frustrated with the Quality of your beds, I’ve had the bed for like a year, and it started collapsing on the side, I then emailed you guys, and you sent someone 2 weeks later to install the side rail. When I bought the bed I was hoping it would last for atleast 5yrs as I paid a lot of money for it. 2 weeks later, the other side collapsed, meaning, I’ll have to sleep on the floor once again. I really do not want this bed any longer , it has caused me a lot of frustration. I trusted the brand as I buy most of my furniture there, this bed has caused me a lot of heart ace . Please collect it as it will cause injuries to me.
