Order issues

Good day

I have ordered a chest of drawer and 2 shelves from decofurn order ***1 for them to me delivered to my home address , at first their system didn't take my address then I called the call center and a lady by the name of Babalwa advised me that she will send me an invoice that includes my delivery fee and my address , which I received made payment towards it and sent POP to their email.

Today I receive an email to fetch my order from Boksburg warehouse something we never agreed on , worse of it the delivery fee of which I paid was not even included.

I called numerous times and was told by Babalwa again that she had to cancel and will provide me with a voucher to order the items again (she still hasn't sent it)

This is such an inconvenience as I was supposed to receive my delivery this week now I don't know when I'll receive them if I'll ever receive them.
