Once you paid you lost in the system....

Wors service, specially in this financial climate... Placed an odrer on the 22nd December and paid for Wrote many e maild to them to confirm delivery.. but NEVER reply. Got a call from them 18 January that my goods will be delivered today...... nothing happened. again e mails unanswered... Called them January.. said my order wasnt loaded and assure me I will have it Jan.... again no e mail replies.. eventually called again.... eventually said my order wasnt loaded.... AGAIN???? Now asked to wait for courier to confirm delivery latest tomorow... No call from there courie/ despatch...
