O NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE.

I bought online; they made a mistake with the delivery and called me. I could either pay in or cancel. I opted to cancel the order. The person told me they will email me (it was the Friday). On Monday, when I have not received the email, I emailed info and gave them my bank details. Wednesday, I called to find out the status, to be told they don’t have my email. I need to email again, and the refund will take 7 working days. … sooo that will mean 14 working days in the end before I get my money back and then it will be mid-December so my guesstimate… sometime next year? That is after they messed up? I must please remember, the 7 working days refund is part of the t and c of online… even when they make a mistake? And not another 7 days… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE.
