Not worth buying from Decofurn: Horrible customer service and over due delivery time

I would not advice or encourage anyone to buy from Decofurn. We bought chairs from them in August 2018 and even now we have not received them (3 months). Instead of Decofurn having the courtesy of letting us know of the delay, we had to call them several times. The excuses they have been giving is “we have to check stock” and sometimes “it will be delivered in two weeks”. There is even inconsistency with their stories. The lack of customer service and comfort for the value of your money is discouraging and concerning and not worth the discount, as you wont be able to enjoy what you have bought in time!!!
