Not honoring guarantee

I am trying to get them to honor the guarantee on a mattress I bought. After more than a month I am no closer to getting this resolved. After two weeks of following up from my side, they started ignoring my emails. It is impossible to get hold of a manager telephonically, they are never available and the call back you are promised never happens. I now resorted to lodging a CPA complaint. Hopefully that will get them to take me as a client serious.
