Not happy at all

Good day, i bought a bed at Deco furn and they gave me a bed missing one part of the bed. i cannot assemble the bed and i have called numerous times to get the missing piece. i am taken from pillar to post. the only problem is i cannot use the bed. i am sleeping in the floor. and i am 50 years old. the agent i spoke to said i dont have a problem because i bought another small bed for my son. this is really hurting as i paid cash for the goods. i lay-byed first and now when the total was paid this is the experience i get from Deco Furn. I would like them to fix this problem as i have the bed for almost 2months and the issue is still pending and no response from Deco furn. Please help a helpless consumer and now i have to attend massages as i cannot sleep on the bed
