Not delivering on the Promise

On the 16th December 2017 we purchased a double bed base and mattress,we were informed that they were out of stock we were out of the country for two weeks returned on the 4th of January 2018. We did a follow up only to be told that they still did not have stock,I followed up on the 27th January and they promised to call me back,no one returned my call it's a real frustration and highest level of incompetence,there has been no update since beginning of January which I find really unacceptable, I would appreciate feedback and am now not prepared to pay for delivery not collect the goods,it's paid for in FULL and this kind of service is SHOKING.
