Not allowed to purchase

Worst service from Decofurn I was at the Roodepoort branch yesterday. I wanted to purchase 10 chairs. Apparently they have a policy where authorisation is needed if they sell more than 9 of a product. We waited 20 minutes ,still no authorisation. We then asked the sales lady Sharon if we could purchase it in 2 transactions. She said they will get in trouble if they do that. After over 30 minutes of waiting we walked out . Really frustrating as we drove from Rustenburg to do the purchase. It was a R6490 sale which store lost out on.
