None exsistant Decorfurn call center

I bought furniture online from Decofurn, when I call their call center to find out the progress of my order: I waited for 30 minutes to speak to a consultant. From being caller number 6 to being caller number two the phone call gets cut time and time again or I am taken back to the main menu. Does this call center even exist, how can I wait for 9 minutes when I am caller number two. How many call center agents do you have?
