Non-responsive store manager

I ordered a mattress and base set from the store a month ago. At the time, I was told that they only had the mattress in stock and not the base. They said that the base, would however, be delivered to me within the next week. This did not happen and I received no communication from the store in this regard. I have had several calls with the store manager, Julian, throughout this period regarding the matter and am always told that he will call be back, but never does. After taking the initiative once again to try to get hold of him, the same sequence of events unfolded once again. After finally getting hold of him, his atittude towards the matter really makes it seem like this is the order of business in his store.
