Non-existent service

We went for a visit to Decofurn in Silverlakes in hopes of purchasing items. My goodness, you would think they didn't want to sell. On arrival, we looked and made sure what we were going to buy. When we wanted to buy, no one was available. One sales woman walked away promising that she was just finishing up but wouldn't be long and be right with us. A half an hour later, we had asked help from 2 other sales people. It was not busy. We could not stand around for much longer hoping someone would keep to their promises. We went to the till, hoping they would actually help with all the details of the purchases we wanted. Oh but I was wrong. Not an apology or an attempt to help. When leaving, we saw the first sales person, definitely not busy anymore, and managers at the door. Did the manager make an effort? No. Did the second manager standing hearing this do something? No. Will Decofurn ever see us again? No.
