Non existent service

This refers to the shop in Sometset West. The service in the shop is nonexistent. I was looking for a combination of 4 chairs and a table. Nobody greeted me or offered to help. I was carrying a chair around, trying to match it to different tables - no help. The people at the collection point was friendly and helpful. When I tried to assemble the chairs and table at home, there were either too little *****s of the right size or no Allan key. They really need to up their game.
