Non-existent Customer Care
I ordered and paid for bar stools from their online shop more than a week ago and to date I have not had any communication regarding my order at all. I called their customer care number and the lady I spoke to assured me that I should have my chairs by Tuesday this week at the latest. I have tried to call them again, but there is now no reply at all. Do not support this online shop, as their communication is non-existent, which is totally unacceptable when making an online order.

The order was placed through our online store last week Wednesday. As per our website, online orders to regional areas can take anything up to 10 working days. Your order is already with our courier company and they should be planning delivery. As soon as the necessary arrangements have been made, you will be contacted.
