No stock on special items

Disappointed again, this is not the first time they advertise items on special they do not have in stock. As per the staff head office refuses to allow them to put up notices that there is no stock. I asked if I could purchase the item on the floor and then I get a hard NO. If I do decide to order the item, (sleigh bed, Kate queen size) it could take more than 3 to 4 months. Okay I understand covid but look here this is getting old.

Is this the way you ensure people buy something else.
