NO SERVICE

I bought an office chair OF556 with arms on 11/03/2020. No stock, will be ordered, available in 2 weeks. On 24 and 25 March I called and confirmed that chair is available. I stay in Jhb South. Decofurn branch: Northriding. It is quite far from Jhb South. Long story short I got there, no chairs in stock. This was just before lockdown. Armand offered me the scratched demo at same price as new one paid for. I declined offer. He then said he will order it, will be delivered 2 weeks after lockdown. Today is June,16 - no word from Decofurn/Armand. I contacted their customer service and the manager emailed me telling me the chairs are out of stock. He offered the armless chair. I rep**** that I would prefer some other chair - even if I have to pay in. To date no reply, no chair.
