No refund; selling things that they don't have stock of!!!

I ordered some items on the 31st of January, and paid for delivery. I was promised that delivery would be within 5- 10 working days. 2 weeks later, i still haven't heard anything from them regarding my items that i purchased. I started calling them and trying to find out what is wrong. They continued to have excuses and said certain stock wasn't available. My first question was why sell something when there is no stock in the whole of the country ??? Finally some of the items got delivered in Feb but one Item was still missing. After many calls they told me they may only have stock middle of March. I went to Decofurn greenstone on the 16th of Feb and requested a refund seeing that I'd rather go buy this item somewhere else. Every week i would follow up, but no-body have been able to tell me where in the process of my refund they are. They keep on promising to call me back but this NEVER happens. It is almost 3 weeks later and still no refund!!!! I am appalled at the service I received and would NEVER again buy anything from them. They sell you things that they do not have stock of!!!
