No feedback or after sale service!!!!

Good Day, Hopefully this will get your attention! I've purchased a coutch from decofurb which was delivered. When I got the coutch on 15 Feb 2020, there was scuff marks on the one arm rest. I immediately send an email to decofurn regarding the matter. Only 19 Feb 2020 I got confirmation that they received my email. I've are sent 2 emails after that to follow up. We are now on 23 Feb 2020 already and still no feedback from decofurn. So much for an after sales service!!! Order 29304 Request ID:{53108}
