No feedback form online store !!

Placed an only order on the 14th of July 2020. Received my order on the 21st of July 2020, one of the items was damaged with delivery and I stated it on the delivery note. I wrote an email with attached pictures of the damaged item on the 21st of July and again on the 4th of August 2020. 24th of August 2020 : I am still waiting for any feedback regarding my damaged item. This is horrible service
