No delivery and bad customer care

I placed an order on 20 October and arranged to go collect it on the 21st. I got a bigger car and went there only to be told there is no stock and that they would deliver on 25 Oct.

The 25th came and no delivery or communication from them. The lines are always busy and today on 4 Nov I finally got through and spoke to the manager Ryan who said he will call me back in 20 minutes. 7hrs later no phone call.

This is also not the 1st time I experience this from the Centurion branch and I am never buying from them again.
