No delivery

I bought furniture on the 26 of November 2018.they sent an email that due to dely furniture will be delivered within 10 days. I call in the 10th day the furniture is not yet dispatched and the rude Leticia callcentre agent just shows how incompetant everyone is. How you sell something you don't have on stock. I'm soo disappointed
