No delivery

I had such a bad experience with this furniture shop, I have order on the 25th of November and still have not received my items, been advised my order will be processed within 5 to 10 days it’s past the dates I have been promised, and when I ask the live chat support, I was given a pathetic response from Zaakirah she was not helpful or even sympathetic, her only respond was ( please note delivery times are estimated and the deliver will take longer during peaks times during November and December) and when I bought the items I was not told that I must not order as it’s during peak time, the took my money and now when they have to deliver there are telling me about the deliver times are estimated... that’s bull...I was promised 5 -10 days and today I have been told again another 5-10 days... where is service delivery? This company it’s pathetic I will never order there again..
