No customer service

I placed an order on the 13/12 with full payment. I was contacted on Friday by their courier to advise that the furniture will be delivered at 13h00 today. This is now 7 working days. There is still no delivery at 16h30. I have been calling the call centre since 13h00 with the call centre agents intentionally putting me back on the queue or dropping. The courier does not answer his phone. Pathetic service with the no accountability. Clearly your courier service provider requires assistance with basic customer services as well. Will never be ordering from here again!!!
