No customer service at all

Pathetic customer service from Decofurn, I bought recliner couches online a few months later the stitches started coming off. I emailed them during lockdown level 4 and a response that the store will contact me once they open I need to send pictures and POP. All that was done and 3 months later still no help. I have been sending numerous emails but they just get ignored. I will never set my foot in that store again. Once they have your money they don't want to help you any more
