No customer service

Bought 6 dining chairs, Sadie Velvet Dining Chair - Black. These come in a box unassembled. Of which 1 was packaged with the incorrect set of legs, when I called the store to enquire they store personnel was very *********** and rude, and was told that I need to drive back to the store to return them, they were not willing to assist and getting the correct legs to me. ***
