No back support from the bed or the business

Bought my son a bed in mid 2018. Was sold that it's a 'great range', besides we will support if anything happens. It's a sleigh bed design in a leather look material..

Turns out it was possibly not assembled properly by their delivery and my son informed me just as lockdown began that it really hurts him to sleep on the bed... less than 2 years after buying it...

I have tried since early lockdown to get assistance only to hear that it was discontinued less than a year after I bought it and there's no support. Literally, not in the bed or the business...

I will be very careful what I buy from Decofurn ever again... no support less than 2 years later? a 'great range' that's discontinued less than a year later?....
