No Attention to Customer Complaints After you bought!!!

I purchased the Kiara Wooden Dining Chair-Speckled Oatmeal/Nat Leg Chairs (6). The delivery and everything took place accordingly. My concern is that one of the 6 chairs is deformed and I have raised this with Decofurn. At first, they pretended to attend to my complaint until they went silent. Even now, they no longer respond to my emails or provide progress on their promised action. I am of the view that they are quick to pocket money and short in attending to their customer needs. This behaviour is not acceptable. I am prepared to share the email trail if needs be.
