No assistance and ******

The Decofurn Amarosa branch is absolutely useless and ******. We were in the store for over 30 minutes with a list of items we wanted to purchase. In that time the staff on the floor ignored us completely and chose to help a black family instead. I had to phone in to get the manager to try assist us which didn't help. The two bookcases that I'd been looking at I've been waiting since December for them to have stock.
