No after sales services

We have bought many things from them and with cheaper furniture we never had problems for out flats that we furnish. Then end of last year we bought and recliner leather set and there the problem started. We complained about stitching in the first couple of months and took them 3 month to respond mail after mail did not help at last they came and fetch the one couche then they kept it for more than a month when we got it back we where not happy and told them the 3 seater is doing the same and still they have never even respond back to us.

So don't trust them at all with more expensive furniture
