No after sales service.

Purchased an office chair online. Six months later the pressure cylinder packed up. Lodged a call online and was helped quickly but alas! no part received as promised. No way to contact them. They sell sub standard goods and then you never get any service whatsoever. Think twice before supporting these peaple.
