New sleigh bed broken in two weeks

I came to Decofurn late November and purchased a sleigh bed for R6000. What waste of money. They told that it has a year guarantee so I took it. Two weeks later two planks broke, I called the store in randburg they gave me another number to call as they don't fix the beds. Instead of calling them themselves as I am the customer. I called the number the lady gave me, when I called the number it was engaged. I'm sitting here with a broken bed and I'm sleeping on my mattress. Its a month now and no one is bothered. They keep on sending me specials on their goods which aggravates me because their customer service is pathetic. Wasting times sending me SMS's but can't deliver.
