Never Again will i support Decofern

omg i can't even believe i have to put a star, Decofern's only award should be the worst service award. They have no care that their service is bad and that they have unhappy clients because they cheap people will always support them. From finding no one that can help you in store to they don't have stock of everything, to the nerve of wanting to charge you a double delivery because they don't have stock.

i purchased 40 items from them half got delivered and the other half i had to collect.

the delivery was promised in the morning showed at 1.30pm. the collecting i waited 1 hour and then 2 of the items they still had no stock again after me waiting 10 days for them to order for me. They gave me 1 item of the showroom floor flithy as hell and then tell me i never order the last item, yet i'm standing there with the invoice in my hands with the invoice, delivery slip and their collection form. Then their no manager their on duty to help me and they tell me to call in on Monday and speak to a Manager hahahahaha does decofern even have managers???? if they do i wannna be one cause they never at work, never answer the phone most chilled job ever work from home must be.

in short its 13 days and whoever Sam is has been on lunch for 2 days and Jolene is just not there now and Vishal has vanished from the warehouse and whoever the poor reception is props to her for walking around for 2 days now looking for them so she can get them to call me back.
