Never Again

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this Decofurn shop. After waiting for what felt like an eternity for my orders to arrive, they finally did, only to discover that the items were broken and unusable. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been waiting for a replacement delivery, which has yet to arrive. This whole process has been incredibly inconvenient, and I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability. I hope they can resolve this soon and improve their customer service.Adding to the distress of receiving broken furniture, I was shocked and deeply concerned to discover that the drivers responsible for the delivery appeared to be intoxicated with his friends ,This is not only a gross violation of safety standards but also completely unacceptable. It’s imperative that the shop takes immediate action to address such irresponsible behavior among their staff. I strongly urge the management to prioritise safety, both in the condition of their products and the conduct of their employees.It’s been 3 months now and I’m still waiting for my items
