Nad service and product

I bought a storrage bed online. My husband took a day off to be at home on the delivary day, they only showed up at 7pm after many calls we did to find out when will they be there. Also disappointed from the product. The bed should have a storrage box underneath. But there is no buttem plank for the box , there is only material to be on the buttem , how am i supposed to store stuff there ?
