Misleading advertising

I bought a headboard from them and upon changing my mind 5days later, I then went into the store to let them know but I was told they would not give me the full amount and that I'd be charged R70 cancellation fee. Mind you the headboard was still with them and on their website it states that a customer can return within 7days and will not be charged.
