Mirror Delivered Damaged Broken

Good Day

I am Thabisa Mnyaka residing in Mdantsane East London.I have a complaint regarding Decofurn Furniture, whom I ordered furniture items including a mirror that was delivered damaged broken beginning of December 2024, till now they have not replaced the mirror or pay my refund of the mirror that i have already paid full 2 months back.

I have tried to get back to them via calls, via emails they kept sending correspondence saying they are trying to find out from their courier /their logistic companies that they working with, To my suprise the Logistic guy took back the invoice that i stated on the comment ,That they delivered a damaged mirror .They asked me for pictures of the mirror i sent them. Their emails for 2months now are saying they are waiting for the courier guys.

I do not think as A customer i should suffer the consequences of their logistics ,As they know they send fragile staff all the time when customers buys from them.

This is my worst experience over as I buy online everytime. I have never had this experience…
