I think if your salespeople maybe don’t huddle in a corner and maybe actively help customers more people would compliment you.

And not to mention your cashiers! Maybe if they stop discussing their weekend plans and not give customers attitude it would help with ratings.

Paying for a product but the person helping you makes it look like it is a c**** is very off putting.
