Manager with bad attitude

I went to Decofurn on the 18th of January to purchase furnisher and I remember specifically asking the sales guy if the stock is available cause I moved into a new place and its empty and he told me that yes they have stock. Fast forward to 4 weeks later no mention of my furnisher, tried calling no one answers so I bought furnisher elsewhere. This past Sunday I went into the store the request my refund they told me I need to wait for the manager cause she was busy on the phone, I waited and waited 30 minutes later she showed up and gave me forms to fill for a refund and I gave it back to her. Yesterday I got a call from the manager who was rude telling me my refund form was incorrect and I reiterated by saying maybe on Sunday if she checked the form after I gave it to she could've picked up that I filled it incorrectly in which she rep**** in a rude tone that she's not a robot and meanwhile I was never rude towards her. I decided not to respond cause she was looking for a fight and I was not about to give her one, so I keep quite and asked for my refund. I need my refund please Decofurn
