Manager get personal when store can't deliver

I have never experienced such a terrible service and personal attack being a customer in my life!!! I was offered no assistance to buy an item. Please do mot visit the Silverlakes store adking for help from "Oon Johan" you will be tolled you are sensitive when you are asking a managers help. I even offed a solution but that is how you get treated. I wonder if anything will be done about this.
