LOUSIEST SERVICE EVER NO MORE!!!

Appalling service!!!! purchased a lounge suite and confirmed that the furniture came with a year guarantee. Now less than 10 months down the line with definite manufacture issues, the lounge suite is falling apart. Confirmed the process with Ismarelda and she advised photos need to be submitted. Suddenly the guarantee is gone and they want to collect the equipment to "fix" the problem. What exactly are we meant to sit on and how long will we be without our lounge suite? shocking service will never recommend Decorfurn to anyone. I spent alot of money on those products and I paid cash I want my money back or new ones, nothing will be repaired If no feedback is received further media platforms will be made use of to show everyone what type of company this is
