Lies, Lies and more Lies

This is the worst place to do business with. I bought 2 Executive office chairs from them when we assembled the there were issues the nuts were full of plastic and the bolts did not fit properly. We phoned then to exchange them we needed them to collect and replace them as we stay about 40km from them. They told us they would only do that if and when they are coming to this side. We then took it back ourselves, We then took 2 other chairs at a lessor cost now they must refund me. I told them I am not coming back they must do a EFT. They told me it would take a week, its now 3 weeks later with a thousand different stories none which is believable because nobody tells the same story.
