*****. Poor Service!

Bought over R11 000 worth of furniture on the 9th of Oct 2020, was told that delivery would be made at the end of October. By the end of Oct, the delivery was not made. I inquired and was told that they only had some of the furniture in stock and were waiting for the rest, so that the full order could be sent to me by mid Nov. Waited for mid November and received no correspondence, inquired about their silence and was told that the stock would only be delivered end of November and that they only had some of the furniture I had purchased in stock. Few days later, called so that they could confirm that the furniture would be delivered at the end of the month. Was told a totally new story: apparently the items that were not in stock were miraculously in stock and those that were in stock last month, no longer were. So they asked if I was willing to either wait for the end of November or if I wanted them to send through the items they already had in store. After asking millions of questions about how this was even possible, I told them to send through the items that were already there and that the second delivery should be free. They agreed to this! Day of delivery arrived... and guess what? Nothing
